Delivery- & Payment-Options

Self pick-up at our shop in Berlin, Germany

For any orders placed for self pick-up at our shop we do not charge any delivery-costs, at all.

Payment may be effected in cash at the time of pick-up or by pre-payment via either standard EC-bank-transfer

or PayPal. Paypal makes payment possible through current credit-cards; we charge merely 2% surcharge for

german residents, non-german residents get charged 4% of the grand-total, each time including 19% VAT.

Delivery via parcel-service UPS (up to 30 Kg)

All orders placed with a total-weight up to 30Kg will be shipped via UPS, as a rule. Please note that any orders

placed from outside germany will only be effected via pre-payment  (by standard EC-bank-transfer or by PayPal).

Please inform about our transparent delivery-charges, which calculate from shipping-costs plus applicable

payment-option-surcharges, from the following table; any delivery-charges are stated including 19% VAT:

Delivery via forwarder GEFCO KN (above 30 Kg)

All orders above 30Kg will be delivered by forwarder, as a rule via GEFCO.

For deliveries within germany we charge a standardized freight-rate of 49,00 Euro for deliveries outside germany the

freight-rate is shown in the shopping basket during the check-out process,  each time including 19% VAT.

As payment options you may choose between pre-payment via either standard EC bank-transfer or PayPal.

Payment via PayPal enables payment through current credit-cards, in this connection we charge merely

2% payment-option-surcharges for all german-residents, alien residents we charge 4% payment-option-surcharge.
